The 24th edition of Broadway Bares will blow the roof off its new home at Hammerstein Ballroom with Broadway Bares: Rock Hard!, an amped up celebration honoring the best of rock and pop.

Broadway Bares: Rock Hard! will crank up the volume and strip away all inhibitions as it pays tribute to iconic songs and music moments of the past 60 years. New York’s sexiest and most talented dancers will shake, rattle and disrobe in an unforgettable burlesque spectacular.

The 9:30 pm performance is sold out. A limited number of tickets for the midnight performance will be available for purchase Sunday, June 22, between 3 pm and 7 pm in the lobby of Hammerstein Ballroom. This year’s Broadway Bares will feature special appearances by theatre favorites Alan Cumming, Andy Karl, Lesli Margherita, Constantine Maroulis, Patrick Page and Christoper Sieber. Additional celebrity guests include inspiring Marine-turned-model Alex Minsky and recent “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season six winner Bianca Del Rio. Guest performers also include Morgan James, Matthew Saldivar, Joey Taranto and Syndee Winters.

For the first time in 15 years, Broadway Bares will have a new home. This year’s edition will take over NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom in the Manhattan Center for two shows on Sunday, June 22.

The Broadway Bares season began January 26 with Broadway Bares: Winter Burlesque, featuring more than 25 of Broadway Bares’ hottest dancers bringing you a striptease spectacular sure to cure the winter blues. The 2014 Bares season also included Broadway Bares: Solo Strips on May 11.

Broadway Bares was created in 1992 by Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell who serves as executive producer. It is produced by and benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. This year’s edition of Broadway Bares will again be directed by Nick Kenkel (Catch Me If You CanPeepshowLegally Blonde), who also directedBroadway Bares 23.

Last year’s Broadway Bares 23: United Strips of America raised a record-breaking $1,430,241, the highest total of any edition of Bares. The first Broadway Bares featured seven dancers stripping on a bar and raised more than $8,000. To date, the 23 editions of Broadway Bares have raised more than $11.3 million for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
